May 31 Intake

Breakfast- 2 ego whole wheat waffles, maple syrup, 8 oz chocolate soy milk, 1 blueberry Okios greek yogurt, and 1 cup of red grapes

Lunch- Smucker’s PB&J Uncrustable sandwich, 1 apple, .5 cup carrots

Afternoon Snack- 1 orange, 1 Honey Peanut Pretzel Luna Bar

Dinner- Egg and swiss on a honey wheat bagel with tomato, lettuce, and ketchup, Orange Juice

Evening Snack- Tall nonfat chai latte (Starbucks <3) and a slice of carrot cake

I feel incredibly fat today. But, I know I’m just following my meal plan- simple as that. When will this get any easier?
